Photo Use Policy

 

All photos provided by Schubert Nursery, Inc. (SNI) are copyrighted by the photographer. This copyright allows SNI and other approved and authorized parties to use these photos in promotional materials for the sole purpose of selling product for SNI and for authorized vendors. All vendors must notify SNI of their intent to use photos and each use must be reviewed and approved by SNI prior to being published. Violation of this policy can result in termination of said vendor's business relationship with SNI.
