Olea europaea

Olives have been used by humans for thousands of years, but not typically as a houseplant as you see here.  Naturally durable, our Olive plants are perfect for giving a home or patio an instant Mediterranean feel.  We have selected Olive varieties that are commonly used to make olives to eat as well as olive oil, yet have a form that looks complete while the tree is still small.  Olives do best if allowed to dry out between waterings and placed in a bright spot.
